The Nopany Alumni Association (NAA) will constitute its Board of Trustees for 2026–2027 through an open election. As per the Trust Deed, one-third of the Board retires by rotation each year; this year 3 Trustees retire and 3 will be elected from among the Association’s Life Members, to be inducted at the 7th Annual General Meeting on 27th September 2026.

- Voting: 19th September 2026, 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. (subject to NSDL confirmation)
- Results declared: within 3 days of voting, on or about 22nd September 2026
- 7th Annual General Meeting: 27th September 2026, 11:00 a.m.
Who can take part
- To be nominated: Life Members approved up to 31st March 2026, with no subscription dues to the Association and no disciplinary bar as on 7th September 2026.
- To vote: Life Members approved up to 31st August 2026.
- Nominations are not accepted from batches already represented by a continuing Trustee — Batches 1977, 1987, 1993, 1995, 1998, 2001, 2002 and 2006 (Class X).
- One Batch, One Trustee: only one member from any batch can be elected.
Nominations
- A non-refundable deposit of ₹7,080 (₹6,000 + GST) accompanies each nomination, paid to the account named on the Nomination Form. It is refunded only if the Election Commission rejects the nomination.
- Each candidate must be proposed and seconded by two eligible Life Members — neither a current Trustee — and must attach Batch Proof: a copy of the Class X Marksheet or Passing Certificate.
- Completed and signed forms must reach the Election Officer at [email protected] before the nomination deadline.
